Student Assistant, Registrar's Office 2024-25 Academic Year
Position Title: Student Assistant
Duties include:
- Data entry through use of Google Docs, Excel Spreadsheets, Microsoft Word and Perceptive Content (scanning and linking documents)
- Assisting students with questions at the counter
- Answering phone calls
- Other various office duties as assigned
Many projects require long hours of repetitive work (mostly data entry of documents and forms).
Requirements:
- Be able to provide a current resume (attach as a PDF below)
- Exhibit professional, organizational, and communication skills
- Abide by strict confidentiality rules
- Uphold personal conduct and reliable attendance code
- Limited cell phone usage during working hours
- Take initiative working both independently and with a team
- Follow the office dress code
