Management and Program Analyst (Data) , GS-0343- 9 (Full Potential Level 13)

As a Management & Program Analyst and a member of an analytical team, you will collaborate with others on the team and with the ICE Budget Office in preparing products to be used in presentation to Congressional members and staff. Your work will focus on developing and presenting analytical findings related to operational costs, scenarios, and other data analytics and will include performing the following duties:
- Assists with the management of data analytics life cycle and development of models, tools, dashboards, processes and procedures that enable correct, accurate and timely reporting that support requests for information from various sources;
- Supports capability to respond to technical questions, development of advanced operational spend plans in coordination with the Office of Budget and Program Performance (OBPP) budget organization to conduct trend analysis and studies, identify impacts of operational factors, and delivery of data driven responses for Office of the Chief Financial Officer (OCFO);
- Applies analytical capability to support CFO with graphical, statistical, and modeling activities for future budgetary and financial requirements, supplementals, and reprogramming to ensure operational requirements are appropriately translated into resource requirements; and
- Utilizes proficient knowledge of budgetary and financial management principles and techniques to assist with long range planning of programs and objectives.
