Virtual Customer Service Representative/Call Center Rep
We are partnered with a client that has multiple openings for Work From Home Call Center Representatives. Previous call center experience is preferred, but candidates with any customer service experience who have strong phone skills will be considered. Will be assisting with OVERFLOW calls from the unemployment offices around the US.
- High Speed Home Internet
- Fast working desktop or laptop computer – 2018 or newer preferably
- Must have unlimited cell phone plan to take inbound calls – our client’s software will roll the calls to your cell phone.
- Headset/ear buds – need to be hands-free to take notes on the computer during the calls!
- Must be able to work without distraction in your home for 8 hours PER DAY
- Must be dependable and speak clearly on the phone
- Must be able to work 40 hours per week with no interruptions or leaving the house.
- Shifts may vary because calls will be coming in from across the country.
