Loan Portfolio Reporting & Data Control Specialist

Write comprehensive reports advising management and staff about the ongoing status of the portfolio on issues relating to exposure and risk.

Develop detailed reports which identify key portfolio performance and assess impact to the program.

Interpret, analyze, and validate research and curate financial reports that present a clear understanding of subject matter or issue.

Conduct financial research by using a variety of financial industry standard tools, such as S&P, Bloomberg or other proprietary and/or subscription databases.

Develop and continuously improve performance and knowledge management tools including performance measures and workflow tracking tools, industry best practices, external assessments, and reports to identify and implement process improvements.

Deliver presentations to internal and external stakeholders.
Provide input to be used in policies, procedures, and guides by frequent written and oral communications and discussions.

Analyze portfolios using established statistical methods for valuation, risk, and related metrics, and aggregate such analyses to observe trends and threats.

Participate as a member of internal working groups and committees that evaluate and make recommendations regarding improvements in LPO programs, policies, or processes.

Contribute information and data for briefings for the LPO Executive Director, Department of Energy (DOE), and other federal officials, industry, and stakeholders.

Coordinate with the Information Technology (IT) group to optimize functionality of available IT infrastructure tools.
