Actuarial Analyst

We’re expanding our team to add a new full-time actuarial analyst in our Minneapolis, MN office. Enthusiastic and detail-oriented candidates will support our team of analysts and consultants in a dynamic environment.

You’ll be working cooperatively with our consulting actuaries and other actuarial analysts to:

·     Analyze data for accuracy and communicate potential issues;

·     Prepare technical analyses in Excel and actuarial software;

·     Assist with client reporting and communications; and

·    Develop and maintain our internal tools and processes.

A successful candidate for this role will demonstrate:

·      Attention to detail and professional quality work;

·      Ability to prioritize workload and balance several projects simultaneously; and

·      Enthusiastic, motivated, and willing to learn.

 

The technical qualifications we need are:

·      Strong analytical and communication skills;

·      Solid Microsoft Office experience, especially Excel; and

·      A Bachelor’s Degree in mathematics, statistics, or similar field.

 

This position is geared towards candidates who are pursuing actuarial exams, but we also welcome non-actuarial applicants with superior technical and communication skills.
