Summary
- The Specialty Crops Inspection (SCI) Division is responsible for developing U.S. grade standards and providing inspection, grading, certification, and audit-based services nationwide. In this position, you will serve as a Management and Program Analyst, responsible for performing administrative management services for an Area Office.

Responsibilities
- The duties described are for the full-performance level. At developmental grade levels, assignments will be of more limited scope, performed with less independence and limited complexity.
- The duties may include, but are not limited to: Advises and assists OIC, AOIC and Supervisors with the interpretation of Agency, Program and Division policies.
- Analyzes office finances, billing, travel, time and attendance and informs management of inefficiencies.
- Analyze/evaluate administrative functions in Area Office. Gather/analyze program budget information.
- Analyzes monthly financial reports and initiates recommended action.
- Reviews Agency, Program, and Division instructions to determine applicability
- Keeps supervisors informed on important and sensitive matters.
- Deals tactfully with differences of opinion and performs all duties in a manner that consistently demonstrates fairness and respect towards co-workers, office visitors and all others.
- Prepares travel, correspondence, and financial briefings.
- Formats and performs data entry for various spreadsheets and monthly reports.
