IT Technical Analyst II
In this position, you will:
- Process service management request tickets and other service and project requests, communicate updates appropriately.
- Provide on-call support of information systems/applications to internal customers and business partners.
- Analyze, install, and maintain desktop software applications, individual workstations, application services and network servers.
- Lead the documentation of requirements, testing needs and outcomes related to Hennepin County information systems and solutions.
- Develop and improve processes, establish governance and best practices for the organization to reduce risk to the IT Enterprise.
