Human Resources Orientation and Training Coordinator

We are seeking a bright and energetic candidate to serve Orientation and Training Coordinator for our Human Resources Department.

Job Qualifications: Prefer a candidate with a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Must have excellent communication skills, must be a self-starter, must have solid time management and organization skills. Prefer a candidate with prior experience with conducting Job Interviews.

Job Duties: 
  • Coordinate the hiring processes for Administrative positions company-wide including: 
Post position through ATS systems
Advertise positions through external media sources
Screen candidates and coordinate/participate in interviews
Conduct reference checks and make job offers
  • Coordinate and schedule orientations for all new employees and contracted staff
  • Create and maintain orientation checklists for all positions company-wide
  • Coordinate company's annual training requirements and initiate trainings for all employees and contracted staff
  • Administer the employee satisfaction survey and prepare results reports
  • Serve as primary administrator/trainer for the BambooHR HRIS system
  • Attend Dept. and other meetings and serve on committees relative to duties
  • Provide additional support as needed to the H.R. Manager and other H.R. Dept. staff as needed 

Schedule: 40 hours per week, primarily week days, does require some occasional flexibility with schedule and limited travel.
