Client Service Associate/Project Coordinator


Position: Client Service Associate/Project Coordinator

Location: Indianapolis, IN
Client: JP Morgan Chase
Duration: 4+ months (possible perm opportunity)

 

Line of Business: Commercial Banking International Service

  • Proficient PC skills: including Word, Excel and PowerPoint,
  • Outlook: Expert knowledge With outlook email, scheduling and task manager
  • Knowledge of CB International Products (Preferred)
  • Client clearing and reconciliation systems
  • Legal documentation
  • Project coordinator
  • SWIFT (both financial and non-financial aspects)
  • International corporate treasury products
  • Cash clearing and settlements, including FX and non-FX transaction as they relate to the corporate treasury function 
  • Legal documents such as POAs and corporate documents
  • Non-Technical Skills: (Competencies that are crucial for success in the job)

  • Proven ability to independently identify issues, analyze problems and provide viable solutions;
  • Strong organizational and project management skills;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
  • Ability to interact effectively with clients and internal partners;

  • Minimum of three years to five years of customer service, operations, sales or portfolio management experience.
