Content Support

Content Support 
4730 N SERVICE DRIVE, Winona, MN 55987 
Part-Time Shift(s): Monday-Friday between 6am-6pm 

OVERVIEW: 
Working as a Part-Time Content Support, you will accumulate, maintain, and manage product-specific content so that it may be optimized for use in multiple mediums and platforms in order to be accessible throughout the company and by its customers. This team works to stay up to date in the ever-changing industry we supply, along with supporting our global teams in Asia, Europe, Mexico, and Canada. This is a great entry-level role for those that want to make a large impact and will offer experience beneficial to future career opportunities in multiple areas of the organization such as Supply Chain, Business Analysts (IT), Product Development, Sales, and Operations. 

RESPONSIBILITIES: 
The duties and responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to: 
o Leading the effort on part creation processes with suppliers in an effort to achieve and maintain entire vendor offerings 
o Supporting the department with product content and data quality projects 
o Taking a web-minded approach when generating product data in order to help customers make purchasing decisions online 
o Assisting internal and external users with daily data content needs 

REQUIRED POSITION QUALIFICATIONS: 
The skills and qualifications required for this position include: 
o Excellent written and oral communication skills 
o Proficient using Microsoft Office Suite, especially excel 
o Demonstrate strong organization, planning, and prioritizing abilities 
o Exhibit strong problem solving, deductive reasoning, and decision making skills 
o Possess a high level of accuracy and attention to detail 
o Ability to learn and perform multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment 
o Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment 
o Demonstrate our core values of ambition, innovation, integrity and teamwork 
o Ability to pass the required drug screen (applicable in the US, Puerto Rico, and Guam ONLY) 

PREFERRED POSITION QUALIFICATIONS: 
o Knowledge of industrial products 
o Possess or are working towards a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management Information Systems, Communication, or a related education.
