Part-Time Shift(s): Monday-Friday 12:30pm-5:30pm
OVERVIEW:
Working as Part-Time Receptionist, you will provide front end and over the phone customer service at Fastenal's office in Winona, MN.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
The duties and responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:
o Answering phone calls and assisting employees from other Fastenal locations
o Greeting walk-in visitors at our headquarters building
o Providing phone assistance to the public using internal company software
o Assisting other departments with data entry and special projects as needed
o Aiding the mailroom team with mass mailings and mail-runs
REQUIRED POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:
The following skills and qualifications are required for this position:
o A valid driver's license and the ability to meet our driving record requirements
o Possess customer service or administrative work experience
o Excellent written and oral communication skills
o Proficient using Microsoft Office Suite
o Highly motivated, self-directed and customer service oriented
o Demonstrate strong organization, planning, prioritizing abilities and attention to detail
o Exhibit strong problem solving and deductive reasoning skills
o Ability to learn and perform multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
o Demonstrate our core values of ambition, innovation, integrity and teamwork
o Ability to pass the required drug screen and background check (applicable in the US, Puerto Rico, and Guam ONLY).
PREFERRED POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:
o Ability to speak Spanish.
