Fixed Term Compensation Analyst

Job Summary: 
The Fixed Term Compensation Analyst administers pay structures, evaluates and assigns pay and job classification, and analyzes and recommends compensation per position request to ensure system sustainability and effectiveness.

Minimum Qualifications: 
1. A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
2. 3+ years of HR experience
3. Effective organizational, analytical, quantitative, multi-tasking, and time management.
4. Excellent communication and customer service skills with the ability to deliver challenging messages in a positive and influential manner.
5. Experience with an integrated enterprise resource planning (ERP) system and/or Human Resource Information System (HRIS)
6. Proficiently interpret, analyze, and explore compensation data using Excel, Access or other database applications.
7. Ability to work effectively with a diverse workforce.
8. Strong commitment to a positive team environment.
