Full-Time Shift(s): Monday-Friday 8AM-5PM
OVERVIEW:
Working as a Full-Time IT Business Analyst, you will be working with stakeholders and developers to translate business requirements into functional and technical design documents, including ensure that the applications developed are meeting those requirements by creating functional, unit and volume tests. In this position, you will work with Financials, Procurement, or Product Information Management applications, which include 3rd Party systems and in-house custom software. You will be responsible for providing technical and non-technical suggestions for solving business process issues.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
The duties and responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:
o Prioritizing issues with business and development teams
o Documenting and communicating business process flows
o Creating functional design documents
o Designing test plans, scenarios, scripts, or procedures
o Testing system modifications to prepare for implementation
o Developing and executing manual and automated test scripts
o Ensuring training is sufficient and communicating deployment information to stakeholders
o Providing high quality application support
REQUIRED POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:

o Excellent written and oral communication skills
o Possess strong computer skills and aptitude
o Highly motivated, self-directed, and customer service oriented
o Demonstrate strong organization, planning, prioritizing abilities and attention to detail
o Exhibit strong problem solving, deductive reasoning, and decision making skills
o Ability to learn and perform multiple tasks in a fast paced environment
o Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment

o Ability to pass the required drug screen and background check (applicable in the US, Puerto Rico, and Guam ONLY)
PREFERRED POSITIONS QUALIFICATIONS:
o Previous work experience in Accounting, Business Management, Product Information management, or other related field
o Possess or working towards a Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Accounting, or other related field
o Knowledge of implementing or supporting a Financials ERP or Product Information Management application
o Prior work experience in managing projects
o Familiarity writing SQL.
