Server Systems Administrator

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field and four (4) years of progressively responsible system administration and/or programming experience including systems analysis, planning and development
  • OR
  • Associate's Degree in Information Technology or related field and six (6) years of progressively responsible system administration and/or programming experience including systems analysis, planning and development
  • OR
  • An equivalent combination of education and job related work experience that totals eight (8) years of progressively responsible system administration and/or programming experience including systems analysis, planning and development

DESIRABLE EXPERIENCE:
  • Paid work experience with mobile environments in a corporate setting, specifically supporting Windows laptops
  • Paid work experience deploying and/or managing virtual servers including VMWare, VSphere/VCenter
  • Paid work experience with Server 2012 R2 or later, including AD and group policy for more than 100 users
  • Paid work experience managing Enterprise level Office 365 for 100 users or more, (particularly in a hybrid environment)
  • Paid work experience managing Office 365 for more than 100 users
  • Paid work experience managing Citrix

RESPONSIBILITIES: This position will be working in the Server group of the IT Infrastructure Division providing server-side support including various applications, especially (but not limited to) mobile users. This includes supporting, securing, and maintaining Citrix functions, Office 365, AD, and a wide variety of focused applications hosted in a VMWare environment.

SELECTION TECHNIQUE: Your training and experience will be rated based on the required application material submitted and the top scoring candidates will be forwarded to the hiring department for further consideration.

HOURS / DAYS: 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m., Monday-Friday. Work schedules (hours and days) and location are subject to change based on department needs.
 
ANTICIPATED HIRING RATE: $28.02 - $33.20/hour
