Part-Time Shift(s): Monday-Friday up to 28 hours per week
OVERVIEW:
Working as Part-Time Solutions Support Team, you will be responsible for working closely with our branches, team members, and their FAST (Fastenal Automated Supply Technology) Solutions vending/binstock agreements.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
The duties and responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:
o Creating custom labels for our stores using the Marketing software Adobe InDesign
o Creating and logging service tickets
o Responding to branch concerns while providing exceptional service
o Answering and handling multiple phone calls and e-mails daily
o Processing label requests submitted for our binstock program
o Managing excel spreadsheets with trucking information for vending shipments
REQUIRED POSITION QUALIFICATIONS
The following skills and qualifications are required for this position:
o Excellent written and oral communication skills
o Proficient using Microsoft Office Suite
o Highly motivated, self-directed, and customer service oriented
o Possess strong problem solving, deductive reasoning, and decision making skills
o Demonstrate strong organization, planning, and prioritizing abilities
o Ability to learn and perform multiple tasks in a fast paced environment
o Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
o Demonstrate our core values of ambition, innovation, integrity and teamwork
o Ability to pass the required drug screen (applicable in the US, Puerto Rico, and Guam ONLY).
