Outpatient Mental Health Therapist

Full Time (40 hour/week) Outpatient Therapist to provide individual mental health therapy in the Winona, MN area. In this role, therapists are responsible for providing mental health evaluation and therapeutic intervention to clients ranging in age from adolescent to adult.

Responsibilities and Duties
  • Conduct diagnostic assessments; create and guide the treatment plan.
  • Provide Individual Therapy.
  • Create effective working relationships with colleagues and community partners.
  • Work in collaborations with culturally diverse populations (e.g. children and their families, adolescents and adults).

Qualifications and Skills
  • Master's degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy or related field.
  • LPCC, LMFT, LICSW or LP Licensure preferred but not required. ** Clinical supervision provided as a benefit if needed; may depend on type of licensure attaining.**
  • Willingness and flexibility to travel to other Hiawatha Valley locations as needed throughout SE MN. Valid driver’s license, vehicle insured and in good condition, and acceptable driving record.
  • Maintain professional competencies and licensure.
  • Experience and interest working with children preferred.
