NU-Telecom has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Sales
Associate in our Glencoe location.
The Sales Associate will identify the needs of all businesses and
residential customers and provide solutions and support for our
customers diverse needs. This position will convert leads into
sales opportunities while creating customer awareness of benefits
and all products and services we have to offer.
Key responsibilities of the role include:
• Have a background of experience in sales and customer
service.
• Share an interest in technology.
• Above average customer service skills.
• Have the ability to multitask while working in a fast pace
work environment.
• Be able to work independently, be able to be self-driven and
highly motivated.
• Work in a call center environment and assist walk in
residential and business customers from many locations.
• Have exemplary communication skills and remain professional
while working with the community and assisting with sales for
business and residential customers.
Preferred Experience:
• Two-year degree, or equivalent in experience.
• 1-year sales or customer service experience with demonstrated
knowledge in the use and understanding of cellular, computers and
basic internet technology.
