Program Manager

TITLE: Program Manager
DEPARTMENT: LEAD ®
REPORTS TO: Director of Intensive Substance Use Disorder Services
REPRESENTED: No
FLSA: Exempt
HOURS: 40 hours
RANGE: $24.54-$28.84

SUMMARY: The LEAD (Law Enforcement Assisted Diversion) Program Manager is responsible for the day to day supervision and coordination of the LEAD team. The LEAD Program Manager oversees a multi-disciplinary team that provides comprehensive assessments, individual goal planning, street outreach, intensive case management, peer services, and service brokerage.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Master's degree in a human services field and two years of experience in behavioral health.
2. Meet State ISSR guidelines for QMHP, LCSW or LPC preferred.
3. CADC I or ability to obtain in one year. CADC II preferred.
4. Has the competencies necessary to:
a. Identify precipitating events;
b. Gather histories of mental, emotional and physical disabilities, alcohol and drug
use, past mental health services and criminal justice contacts;
c. Assess family, social and work relationships;
d. Conduct a risk assessment;
e. Understand treatment and service terminology and able to apply these concepts;
f. Conduct assessments and develop service plans;
g. Provide psychosocial skills development; and
h. Implement interventions and brokerage services prescribed on a service plan.
5. Must have a minimum two years supervisory experience.
6. Must meet CCC privileging requirements as required by FTCA.
7. Must embrace the mission and philosophy of harm reduction and client centered
treatment.
8. Must pass a pre-employment drug screen, TB test, and background check.
9. The OAR prohibits A&D program staff from having within the previous 3 years a DUI
conviction or diversion, a felony conviction, or a conviction under the Uniform
Controlled Substances Act.
10. If in recovery, must be able to document continuous abstinence under independent
living conditions or recovery housing for the immediate past two years.
11. Must possess a current driver’s license, access to a vehicle, qualify as an Acceptable
Driver as designated in Central City Concern’s Fleet Safety policy. Must pass an initial
driver training within 60 days of being an approved driver and continued recertification
training
12. Will be required to carry an agency cell phone for work use. Cell phone will be provided
by Central City Concern.
13. Required to be available for after-hours pager and holiday coverage rotation.
14. Must adhere to agency’s non-discrimination policies.
15. Physical ability to bend, stoop, kneel, squat, twist, reach, pull and lift heavy objects.
Able to climb stairs several times a day.
16. Ability to effectively interact with co-workers and clients with diverse ethnic backgrounds,
religious views, political affiliations, cultural backgrounds, life-styles, and sexual
orientations and treat each individual with respect and dignity.
