Part-Time Shift(s): Monday-Friday Between 7AM-6PM
Working as Part-Time eCommerce Customer Service, you will monitor the flow of non-branch account orders received through Fastenal.com that cannot be fulfilled by a single distribution center. You will be responsible for delivering a high level of customer satisfaction, service and delivery to our customers.
The duties and responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:
o Managing the order fulfillment cycle by sourcing from hubs, branches, and vendors
o Communicating expectations to the customer
o Ensuring product is packed and shipped properly
o Answering customer calls, questions, and complaints
REQUIRED POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:
The skills and qualifications required for this position include:
o Sales/customer service work experience
o Excellent written and oral communication skills with a variety of audiences
o Proficient using Microsoft Office Suite with a strong aptitude for technology
o Demonstrate strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and prioritizing ability
o Ability to take an analytical approach in decision making process, setting priorities, and executing projects

o Ability to pass the required drug screen and background check (applicable in the US, Puerto Rico, and Guam ONLY)
PREFERRED POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:
o Possess or are working towards an Associate's Degree in Business/Marketing OR equivalent industry experience and knowledge of the local market.
