National Accounts Sales Support PT
OVERVIEW:
Working as a Part-Time National Accounts Sales Support PT, you will be a part of a corporate office based team of support professionals. The National Accounts Sales Support role focuses on contract administration, reporting requirements, and overall customer service to support the National Accounts & Government sales team, customers, and store locations. The administration of these accounts is of critical importance and this role will consist of interacting with store personnel and National Accounts & Government sales personnel on a daily basis.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
The duties and responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:
o Generating and formatting various monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc reports
o Coordinating contract roll-out and contract setup
o Researching National Account & Government customers to assist with account setup and prospecting
o Assisting in management of monthly sales numbers for members of our sales force
o Assisting Sales Development Manager with systems maintenance, special projects, and troubleshooting
o Looking for process efficiencies and other duties as assigned
REQUIRED POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:
The following skills and qualifications are required for this position:
o Excellent oral and written communication skills
o Proficient using Microsoft Office Suite
o Strong organization, planning, and prioritizing abilities
o Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
o Attention to detail and follow through
o Highly motivated, self-directed, and customer service oriented
o Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
o Demonstrate our core values of ambition, innovation, integrity and teamwork
o Ability to pass the required drug screen (applicable in the US, Puerto Rico, and Guam ONLY)
