Contract Compliance and Finance Support

OVERVIEW:
Working as Full-Time Contract Compliance and Finance Support, you will perform a variety of tasks including contract set up, compliance measuring, reporting, and administration of specific contract terms. In addition, the Contract Compliance team performs customer program reconciliations, as well as, performing contract term audits.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
The duties and responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:
o Translating contract content to system compliance measurements
o Organizing large spreadsheet applications and interpreting results
o Programming reconciliation and settlements
o Leading critical tasks and being accountable for the results
o Testing new system enhancements and developing training material
o Evaluating results and identifying opportunities
o Assisting with price and freight audits

REQUIRED POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:
The following skills and qualifications are required for this position:
o Excellent written and oral communication skills
o Proficient using Microsoft Office Suite
o Customer service oriented with strong math aptitude
o Demonstrate strong organization, planning, and prioritizing abilities
o Exhibit strong problem solving, deductive reasoning, and decision making skills
o Possess strong attention to detail
o Ability to learn and perform multiple tasks in a fast paced environment
o Ability to meet deadlines
o Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
o Demonstrate our core values of ambition, innovation, integrity and teamwork
o Ability to pass the required drug screen (applicable in the US, Puerto Rico, and Guam ONLY)

PREFERRED POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:
o At least 2 years of prior office experience
o Possess or are working towards an Associate's Degree in Business related education.
