Receive and review documents for compliance with state statutes and office policies Accept or reject documents, transactions, payments, and/or fees; Determine information needed to add, delete, or change customer data and enter data to update various computer applications Balance and reconcile payments, reports, and accounts Research real property information for internal and external customers Assist clients in-person, via email, and on the phone by performing a variety of assignments related to the receiving, verifying, and recording documents, taxes and calculating fees associated with real estate and property taxes Perform a variety of duties related to property taxes and real property records management, including: indexing, verifying, scanning, quality control, and inventory control
