Real Estate and Tax Specialist I

  • Receive and review documents for compliance with state statutes and office policies
  • Accept or reject documents, transactions, payments, and/or fees; Determine information needed to add, delete, or change customer data and enter data to update various computer applications
  • Balance and reconcile payments, reports, and accounts
  • Research real property information for internal and external customers
  • Assist clients in-person, via email, and on the phone by performing a variety of assignments related to the receiving, verifying, and recording documents, taxes and calculating fees associated with real estate and property taxes
  • Perform a variety of duties related to property taxes and real property records management, including: indexing, verifying, scanning, quality control, and inventory control
