Functional Support Technician I

The overall purpose of this job is to provide functional support of the
Banner Student-A/R module as well as reporting systems and to assist
users with upgrades, implementations, troubleshooting, documentation,
training, and reporting in order to improve operational efficiency and
effectiveness.
