OVERVIEW: Working as Part-Time Quality Assurance Support, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks involved with creating and maintaining final technical documents, compiling data, and supporting the quality team in everyday tasks. RESPONSIBILITIES: The duties and responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to: o Interpreting detailed prints o Understanding mechanical properties and chemical composition standards o Creating and writing compliance and technical specifications to Fastenal and customer requirements o Uploading completed documents to intracompany and public databases o Communicating project status and results o Certifying finished goods that conform with global environmental directives or customer requirements REQUIRED POSITION QUALIFICATIONS: The following skills and qualifications are required for this position: o Possess a high school diploma OR 18 years of age or over o Excellent written and oral communication skills o Proficient using Microsoft Office Suite o Highly motivated, self-directed, and customer service oriented o Demonstrate strong organization, planning, and prioritizing abilities o Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment o Ability to learn and perform multiple tasks in a fast paced environment o Ability to pass the required drug screen (applicable in the US, Puerto Rico, and Guam ONLY) PREFERRED POSITION QUALIFICATIONS: o Prior experience using Microsoft OneNote. |
