OVERVIEW:
Working as Full-Time IT Project Manager, you will be responsible for setting direction at both the strategic and tactical levels within the company, with focus on information technology. You will oversee specific teams of people who will plan, execute, and evaluate the success of small and large scale projects.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
The duties and responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:
o Managing and coordinating project development from initiation to closure
o Completing project scope, goals, deliverables, budget, and timing
o Completing work breakdown structure to estimate effort required for each task
o Providing a project schedule to identify when each task will be performed and clearly communicate expectations to internal staff
o Performing all aspects throughout the project life-cycle from request, assessment, planning, execution, monitoring and optimization
o Resolving problems, identifying trends, and determining process/system improvements
o Managing project scope by ensuring any changes to scope are documented and approved with project change request
o Managing staff levels to ensure project completion
o Tracking and reporting on project milestones and providing status reports
o Leading, coaching, and motivating project team members on a proactive basis
o Performing a post-project evaluation to determine how well results were achieved
o Completing project documentation following project completion

REQUIRED POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:
The following skills and qualifications are required for this position:
o Possess a university degree or college diploma in Business or a related field
o At least three years of project management work experience
o Excellent written and oral communication skills
o Ability to rapidly adapt and respond to changes
o Demonstrate strong organization, planning, and prioritizing abilities
o Exhibit strong problem solving, deductive reasoning and analytical skills
o Ability to elicit cooperation from multiple internal departments
o Ability to pass the required drug screen (applicable in the US, Puerto Rico, and Guam ONLY)

PREFERRED POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:
o Possess Six Sigma, Lean or a related certification
o Possess a Master's Degree and/or Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
o Possess general IT work experience.
