OVERVIEW: Working as Full-Time Developer, you will be part of a team solving business problems with technology. RESPONSIBILITIES: The duties and responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to: o Designing, coding, and testing applications o Supporting production business applications o Interacting with other team members and business users o Solving business problems o Completing tasks on time o Gaining experience and expertise across diverse and leading-edge tools, frameworks, and design patterns REQUIRED POSITION QUALIFICATIONS: The skills and qualifications required for this position include: o Possess or are working towards a Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or other related education o Excellent written and oral communication skills o Strong organization, planning, and prioritizing abilities o Strong problem solving, deductive reasoning, and decision making skills o Highly motivated, self-directed, and customer service oriented o Ability to work alone as well as in a team environment o Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment o Demonstrate strong attention to detail o Ability to pass the required drug screen and background check (applicable in the US, Puerto Rico, and Guam ONLY) PREFERRED POSITION QUALIFICATIONS: o Experience with Microsoft Visual Studio and C# .NET o Experience with SQL and relational databases FULL-TIME BENEFITS: Fastenal offers a competitive benefits package to all full-time employees.
