OVERVIEW:
Working as a Full-Time Sales Coordinator within the National Accounts & Government Support department, you will be a part of a corporate office based team dedicated to supporting the Company's largest Commercial and Government customers. This team focuses on contract administration, reporting requirements and overall customer service to support the National Accounts & Government sales team, customers, and store locations. The administration of these accounts is of critical importance and this role will consist of interacting with store personnel and National Accounts & Government sales personnel on a daily basis.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
The following skills and qualifications are required for this position
o Generating and formatting various monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc reports
o Coordinating contract roll-out and contract setup
o Looking for process efficiencies and other duties as assigned

REQUIRED POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:
o Excellent written and oral communication skills
o Proficient using Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
o Highly motivated, self-directed, and customer service oriented
o Demonstrate strong organization, planning, and prioritizing abilities
o Exhibit strong problem solving, deductive reasoning, and decision making skills
o Possess strong attention to detail and follow through
o Ability to learn and perform multiple tasks in a fast paced environment
o Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
o Ability to pass the required drug screen (applicable in the US, Puerto Rico, and Guam ONLY).
