Position Title: 1491 Associate Registrar - CCD (Admissions & Records/Non-Credit)

Examples of Duties:

1. Coordinate and supervise the daily operations of the Non-Credit Admissions Office including, but not limited to, admissions, transcripts, corrections, verifications, records and Positive Attendance Rosters, (PARs).

2. Work closely with the Center Deans to ensure the distribution and completion of the PARs submissions.

3. Provide assistance to San Francisco Unified School District (SFUSD), to enroll high school students in Non-Credit programs.

4. Plan, coordinate and implement calendared Non-Credit admissions activities for each school term.

5. Coordinate, instruct and enforce all mandated faculty submissions.

6. Collaborate with Associate Dean to establish policies and procedures for all Non-Credit operations.

7. Coordinate and oversee the maintenance of department information on the college website.

8. Oversee and coordinate processes related to Banner Student System.

9. Report issues and work with ITS personnel, consultants to resolve them.

10. Serve as primary liaison between department, and ITS, and consultants.

11. Provide communications as needed to department and college staff and administrators.

12. Assist the Matriculation office and the ESL department with enrollment evening events for ESL students to ensure the completion of the Student Success and Support Program (SSSP) steps.

13. Provide enrollment and attendance verifications to public agencies such as Employment Development Department (EDD).

14. Represent Associate Dean and department at meetings, events and other college functions as required.

15. Compile, develop and revise detailed reports, analysis and communications.

16. Responsible for implementation and compliance of federal, state and local mandates as it pertains to Admissions & Records.

17. Provide training to staff including Center Admissions & Enrollment staff as needed.

18. Complete staff performance evaluations.

19. Interpret, implement and enforce FERPA regulations. Provide training as required.

20. Review and determine outcome of student petitions.

21. Oversee the archival process and storage of student records.

22. Perform other duties as assigned.
