Your Role

As a Customer Relationship Specialist, you are part of an elite team of experts responsible for providing an exceptional experience to Prudential’s customers and distribution partners within the Individual Life Insurance business. With a focus on driving customer engagement and retention, you will have opportunities to manage activities that will help identify the customers need and  craft a solution.  

Your experience will include a comprehensive introduction to the financial industry through an extensive training program that will allow you to develop technical expertise, process knowledge and a solid foundation of Prudential’s life insurance products. The professional skills you receive will prepare you to explore opportunities in other areas of the business, such as Training, Underwriting, Marketing and Sales & Distribution.

As part of the Individual Life Insurance team, the Customer Value Center (CVC) delivers an exceptional customer experience by leveraging our talent and capabilities and an unmatched brand to Prudential’s customers and distribution partners. With a focus on developing talent to build a successful career at Prudential, you will have several opportunities to grow, develop, and take on leadership roles.

The Customer Value Center offers an extensive training program, which includes:

  • Paid training (classroom and online) for your required FINRA Series 6 and 63 exams and 50 state insurance licensing exams. All registration fees, exams, and materials paid by Prudential.

  • 12-week paid training on Prudential's life insurance products, systems, and procedures.

  • Continuing education credentials paid by Prudential.

  • Ongoing coaching and career development including individual and group coaching sessions, opportunities to participate in mentorship programs, and paid personal development time each year.


Hours:

  • The hours of operation for the Customer Value Center are 7:00am to 7:00pm CT. Upon completion of training, hours may be anywhere during these hours, depending on business need.

  • Upon completion of training, Prudential offers many flexible work arrangements including compressed work week (four 10 hour workdays) and work from home opportunities.
