I liked that I had the chance to work directly with the Director of Human Resources, who guided me on real life experiences of what the role consisted of.
What I wish was different
I wish I had the chance to be part of an interview panel so I could of experienced what it was like choosing the final candidate.
Advice
One piece of advice is that be open to change and ask as many questions.
